Our base delivery fee is $6.00 for a one-way delivery, to and from a downtown destination. We charge based on urgency, distance, and package size.
This rate structure is based on delivery originating from downtown. For deliveries originating outisde of downtown, please call for a quote. Outside-downtown origins are charged based on our couriers having to leave our prime business area, according to the rates below.
Our rates are based on distance from the ZONE ONE area, defined by the Lodge, Fisher, and I-375 freeways and the 48226 ZIP.
ZONE TWO is used for deliveries to zone three destinations along spoke streets.
ZONE THREE includes ZIP codes of 48216, 48208, 48201, 48202, and 48207.
ZONE FOUR includes ZIP codes of 48209, 48206, 48211, and 48214.
ZONE FIVE includes ZIP codes of 48217, 48210, 48204, 48212, 48215, and 48213.
ZONE SIX includes ZIP codes of 48228, 48227, 48238, 48221, 48203, 48234, 48224, 48205, and 48236.

At no additional charge, we will call or email you with a confirmation of delivery, including the exact time and name of the recipient.
10 minutes and under is included in the base rate.
Wait of
over 10 minute is charged at $25/hour, rounded to the nearest minute.
Return trips are discounted by 15%.
The above rates are for deliveries of standardsized (letter/A4) documents with less than 300 pages, or about 9"x14"x2". We offer rush service for packages as big as a copy box (21"x17"x10"), for an additional charge.
Larger deliveries are priced by how many USPS-standard Priority Mail boxes they would fill. The two standard USPS Priority Mail box dimensions are as follows:
Box One: 11-7/8 x 3-3/8 x 13-5/8 inchesDelivery rates are increased 10% per box-size added. Deliveries with a total size above 21"x17"x10" are priced on a case-by-case basis.
Our service hours are based upon general "open" hours of courts and banks. We stay in service from 8:30am through 5:30pm on these days.
With prior arrangement, we can take deliveries during the hour outside this window, at an additional rate of 30%.
We offer a flexible billing system based on either a 2-week or one-month cycle. We can either hand-deliver, mail, or email invoices, complete with a summary of charges and a detailed recount of each delivery.
By default, we will mail invoices. Hand delivery and emailed PDF and spreadsheet invoices are available upon request.
